Democratic Presidential Candidate Bill Richardson told a crowd in Iowa that it was God’s will for Iowa’s presidential primary, or caucus, or whatever it is, to be first.

In other words, Bill says that if any other state has their primary or caucus or whatever it is before Iowa, God won’t like it.

Because of Bill’s statement, I’ve made the new rule that you see in the title of this post.
