A few weeks ago, I asked all my blog buddies to keep us in prayer for awhile. Life was getting busy to the point of feeling overwhelming. I’m a person who likes kind of a busy pace, but it was feeling out of hand there for a while. Things are improving at this point, and I think if I’m going to go on the internet and ask the world to pray for us, I probably should inform the world as to how things are progressing.

1. School stuff (Biola Organizational Leadership Program) is coming together. The massive research project I’m working on is nearly complete, and my oral presentation of it went well tonight. I’ll email the completed written version to the guy next Thursday.

2. With our Jeep having gone to be with the Lord last month, we finally got another car. I realize it’s not earth-shaking – people have to replace get cars all the time, but with that out of the way, it’s one less thing on our plate to handle.

3.  Kelley is still off work – with no improvement to speak of with her injury. She has an appointment with a nerve specialist in a week, and hopefully we’ll have some direction then. Please continue to pray for her – she’s in a lot of pain almost all the time.

4. The overall BUSY pace of life is still there, but I think I’m getting better at it. Planning for school teaching is getting easier, I have some new direction in mind for Crossroad Worship Stuff, and my own degree program is reaching an easier place. All this is going on leading into Christmas season, with its extra church stuff, plus a Christmas music project with Mattel Toys. However – oddly enough, it’s feeling balanced. For the moment.

I’m sure the peace and clarity to organize this stuff in my brain is due, at least in part, to you guys praying for us. Thanks. Please know that I’ll always do the same for you.

I’m looking forward to things slowing down in a week or two, enough so I can catch up with a few of you (Roger and Rich, etc).
