WATER!!

About an hour outside of Kampala, Uganda, there are nine acres of mostly undeveloped land (except for a few dirt roads and fences). And as of today, there’s a well there, which will eventually supply water to all the facilities for Loving One By One’s future home.

But for now, the well is providing free water to local villages. I can’t even tell you how important this is. A huge amount of the serious health problems in Uganda are because of a lack of clean water.

This is just one well. It can’t solve all the water-related problems in Uganda. But for hundreds of local villagers, it’s going to change their lives. Which is what Loving One By One does, every day.

Thanks to all who have supported LOBO financially to make the purchase of the land possible, and who have made the drilling of the well possible. There is still a lot more to do over the next few years. So I’m asking you to consider clicking on the Loving One By One link on the right side of this page to find out more, and then make LOBO part of your regular giving routine. It’s easy – they have it all set up for you, and there are various options.

The lives of the people in this photo, taken today, are being changed by people like you who are williing to make a commitment to LOBO. Just something to think about, and when you’re through thinking about it, it’s time to act. We are making progress, and there’s a lot of opportunity for more to be done.
